چکیده

Transportation planning has been established as a key topic in the literature and practices of social production, especially urban contexts. To consider traffic environment factors, more researchers are taking time-varying factors into account when scheduling their logistic activities. The time-dependent vehicle routing problem (TDVRP) is an extension classical Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows (VRPTW) by determining set optimal routes serving customers within specific time windows. However, few them use continuous speed function to express time-varying. In practice, many problems addressed fleet heterogeneous vehicles different capacities travel costs including fix variable costs. this study, Heterogeneous Fleet (HFPRP) Time-Varying Continuous Speed Function proposed. objective minimize distribution costs, which contained fixed acquiring fuel address problem, our research developed mathematical model proposed Simplified Swarm Optimization (SSO) heuristic for HFVRP Function.

A Comparison of NSGA II and MOSA for Solving Multi-depots Time-dependent Vehicle Routing Problem with Heterogeneous Fleet

Time-dependent Vehicle Routing Problem is one of the most applicable but least-studied variants of routing and scheduling problems. In this paper, a novel mathematical formulation of time-dependent vehicle routing problems with heterogeneous fleet, hard time widows and multiple depots, is proposed. To deal with the traffic congestions, we also considered that the vehicles are not forced to come...

A Mixed Integer Programming Formulation for the Heterogeneous Fixed Fleet Open Vehicle Routing Problem

The heterogeneous fixed fleet open vehicle routing problem (HFFOVRP) is one of the most significant extension problems of the open vehicle routing problem (OVRP). The HFFOVRP is the problem of designing collection routes to a number of predefined nodes by a fixed fleet number of vehicles with various capacities and related costs. In this problem, the vehicle doesn’t return to the depot after se...

the multi-depot vehicle routing problem of heterogeneous fleet of vehicles with time windows for perishable commodities

this paper discusses the multi-depot vehicle routing problem of heterogeneous fleet of vehicles with time windows for perishable commodities. the objective of the problem is to minimize the total time required for servicing all customers that is equivalent to the total cost. commodities are delivered to the customers with defined time windows by a fleet of heterogeneous vehicles, which have lim...

A hybrid algorithm for the Heterogeneous Fleet Vehicle Routing Problem

This paper deals with the Heterogeneous Fleet Vehicle Routing Problem (HFVRP). The HFVRP generalizes the classical Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem by considering the existence of different vehicle types, with distinct capacities and costs. The objective is to determine the best fleet composition as well as the set of routes that minimize the total costs. The proposed hybrid algorithm is com...

A particle swarm optimization method for periodic vehicle routing problem with pickup and delivery in transportation

In this article, multiple-product PVRP with pickup and delivery that is used widely in goods distribution or other service companies, especially by railways, was introduced. A mathematical formulation was provided for this problem. Each product had a set of vehicles which could carry the product and pickup and delivery could simultaneously occur. To solve the problem, two meta-heuristic methods...
